Why have I been blocked from using muzmatch?

We take the safety and security of our platform extremely seriously.

Every report made is manually investigated and action immediately taken once sufficient evidence is present.

We either issue a member with a warning regarding inappropriate behaviour, or they can be issued a temporary block on their account. This will lock them out of using muzmatch at all.

In the most severe cases a permanent block may be applied to an account, meaning they will never be able to use muzmatch again. Neither their email or phone number can be reused.

Note that duplicate accounts are against our terms and conditions and any such accounts will similarly be blocked.
