Community Manager (Customer Service + Operations)

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000

Now the UK’s biggest Muslim dating app, a Y Combinator alumni, and £1.5M raised from top-tier investors, we’re looking for a multitalented Community Manager to join us in transforming how Muslims meet and marry.

As a tech startup, our product is everything 🙌. We're known for releasing industry-first features (Selfie Verification, Likes You as standard, Change Swipe, and more) and our roadmap couldn't be more exciting. We treat our internal tools with as much pride and attention-to-detail as we do our public apps, for this reason you'll work closely with our CTO to evolve our software to meet your needs.

The role

  • Customer service via emails, in-app messages, social media, and app stores
  • Resolve member-to-member reports
  • Evolve our existing Profile Quality Guidelines and finalise our Behaviour Policy
  • Triage reported software issues with management of development team
  • Help in ensuring our moderation team is meeting targets

We're looking for

  • Someone who has excellent written communication skills
  • English as a first language
  • Ability to take on new challenges and show your willingness to learn and conquer
  • Idea generation and follow through
